Rules - please read

MISSION STATEMENT: The purpose of this page is to provide a fair, fun and legal platform for like minded individuals to win 2A items they may not otherwise be able to acquire.

This is only possible when all variables remain random and free of any impropriety or even the appearance of impropriety. The entire admin team holds themselves to the highest standard. If you have even the slightest concern regarding conflicts of interest SAY SOMETHING so we can address it.

GOLDEN RULE: Don't be a jerk. Treat others with respect and and they will treat you with respect. Failure to abide by this simple rule will get you removed from the page faster than a violation of any other rule. This includes when speaking to members regarding page business via private message.

LEGAL: Know your local / state laws before participating. It is your responsibility -not that of the host- to know what is and isn't legal in your area. If you are prohibited from owning an item do NOT participate in that particular board. If you ignore this rule, it is host and/or admin discretion as to whether or not the board will be re-run for a different winner. If this happens, you will not be refunded or awarded any secondary prize. Any cash option offered in lieu of a prize is at the sole discretion of the host, who is under no obligation to offer it.

1) ALL ACTIVE MEMBERS MAY RUN GAMES

i) All ACTIVE members who have participated for no less than one month are permitted to host games. They will be approved (roughly) in the order that they are submitted. If you are curious to the wait time please contact any admin. All videos must be run by an admin or moderator. No exceptions.

ii) INTEREST POSTS You are always welcome to post an "any interest in..." post. Please do NOT use a gun in the picture and be VERY discrete with your wording.

iii) PRICING- Pricing of the game will NOT exceed 15% greater than fair market value for the piece.

iv) CASH OPTION- Offering a cash option is fine, however, the cash out option must be 80% of the game value or greater.

(1) If cash option is taken the same game cannot be run for at least 10 days following the closure of the last game. This is enforced at admin discretion.

v) SHIPPING- Lower 48 shipping must be included in the board. Shipping to HI and AK is split 50/50 between host and winner.

(1) All firearms MUST be shipped to a valid FFL. No exceptions.
(2) Shipping an item is the responsibility of the host within the Lower 48. Shipping costs to HI and AK is a 50/50 split between host and recipient. If for reasons outside the host's control the package is returned and must be re-shipped, shipping costs are to be incurred by the recipient.

vi) CLAIMING - You MUST claim your prize by FB Messenger, Phone, Email, or any other means of communication within 14 days of the board being run. Claiming a prize is simply acknowledging that you will be receiving it, and providing the host with the requisite information. Failure to claim will result in the item being donated to any charity or charitable even at the hosts discretion.

(1) If an item goes unclaimed the host is prohibited from re-running it.

(2) A host must make a good faith effort to contact the recipient. If the host does not attempt to initiate conversation for the purpose of acquiring the necessary information for shipment then this rule is void and the 14 day period does not begin until the host has made every reasonable attempt to contact the recipient.

vii) NO EDITING of comments. If you make a mistake or change your mind simply comment again correcting the error/change of heart.

viii) REFUNDS: If a game is unable to close refunds must be issued within 12 hours for each paid spot on the main and any spots on an un-closed mini.

(1) If a spot on the main was won via a mini, that person is entitled to a refund equal to the value of the main spot.

(2) Refunds for minis which have closed and run will not be given. See Rule: 1(viii)(1)

viii) DISCOUNTS: If a discount is offered by the host in order to expedite the closing of a board it MUST be done publicly and be available to all members. Discounts cannot be offered only to those currently on a board.

ix) individual Members are limited to no more than one board per 10 day period. The period beginning upon closure of the previous board.

x) No random tagging of members. If they didn't ask to be tagged by showing interest in a post, nor specifically request a tag, do not tag them. This is annoying, no one likes random notifications.

xi) You may not play on your own game, nor have another do so on your behalf.

2) MINIS -

i) If not specified otherwise by the host of the game, those who win a mini choose in the order that they are drawn on the main and the same number cannot be drawn twice.

ii) If the winners can pick multiple spots they will choose all of their spots before the next winner can choose. This rule may be changed at will by the host of the mini, but must be clearly stated when the post is submitted and may not be changed after the first spot has been called.

iii) NO inflating pricing on minis. The total amount collected for the mini must match EXACTLY the total value of the main spots which it is filling. Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this rule....ever.

iv) The same number cannot hit more than once on the same board unless otherwise stated by the host.

v) Unless otherwise stated, if bookends are bogo, they are considered a single spot and cannot be drawn more than one time.

3) VIDEOS

i) All videos MUST be run by an admin or moderator. No exceptions.

ii) All videos must include the following:

(1) Timestamp showing the start and completion time of the video

(2) If a screen recorder is used and the clock is clearly visible this will be considered sufficient to satisfy the timestamp requirement, although a timestamp comment is strongly encouraged.

3) The entire board showing all numbers with the names assigned to them.

4) Random.com or VerifiedRandom.org will be used for all drawings and no less than three (3) refreshes of the page must be done prior to pulling a random number. If VerifiedRandom.org is used the "Save" button must be selected so that a verification code is displayed.

5) The video must be posted to the game for which it was run OR to the main page if run live.

iii) If a video violates any of the above rules or requirements -including equipment error- it is considered void and must be re-run. This totally sucks but it has to be done to ensure a fair draw. This also includes issues uploading a video and/or failure of the live video to post.

iv) No admin or moderator may run a game for which they have a spot.

(1) If an admin/mod has a spot in a mini and it closed, another admin MUST run the video.

(2) If an admin has a spot on a main, and a mini for that game closed but they do not have a spot in the mini they MAY run the mini, however, they cannot run the main.

v) Re-Rolls: We're all human. Sometimes mistakes happen. If an error was made during the video whereas it does not comply with the requirements of Section 3 Rule ii, it must be re-rolled. This may be done by the same admin. If an error was made on the board, a re-roll is only necessary when the error would have resulted in a different outcome.

4) TIME LIMITS

i) Between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm (CST) you have 30 minutes to choose your spot on the main before the next winner chooses.

(1) This rule is enforced at host/admin discretion.

ii) Once game has closed you have no more than 30 minutes to send payment for your spot(s).

5) RUNNING ITEMS WON ON THE PAGE-

i) You may run an item that you won on the page but must wait no less than 31 days from the time you won it to re-post.

(1) Pricing for this game will not exceed the cost for which the game was originally won

6) AVAILABILITY-

i) If you're running a game you must have the item ON HAND or facilitate a scenario where the item cannot be sold/lost/unavailable (having it held by a local FFL)

7) ISSUES-

i) If there are any issues with games that have already run (poor communication, slow shipping, etc) please contact an admin so we can help.

ii) Do not send PMs to winners asking to buy the prize from them. If you do this and get screwed it's out of our hands and we will not make any substantial effort to help.

iii) POACHING- Being defined for the purpose of this rule as adding random people as your friends and then adding them to a different group (or to our group) is STRICTLY PROHIBITIED. If you do this you and everyone you have added to the group will be removed/blocked from the group and will not be re-added at any time. No exceptions, no appeals.

iv) No promoting other groups without admin approval first. This rule has zero wiggle room and is strictly enforced.

8) RULE CHANGES-

i)Rules may be changed on this page at will be the administrative team. It is your responsibility to check back and see any updates.

9) Books / Bookends / Bks / etc.

i) If a board offers bogo (buy one get one) books any comment that a reasonable person would interpret as calling books (non-limiting examples: books, book, bks, bk, 1) will be accepted.

ii) Books can only be called AFTER the board has been posted. There is only one exception to this rule. If it takes a host more than 2 minutes from the time of post approval to comment with the board in the comments, books will be accepted before the board is posted. Any comments made before the 2 minute mark will be excluded from this. Example: If person A calls books 1 min and 58 seconds before the board was posted, and person B calls books 2 min and 1 second before the board was posted Person B would be given the bookends once the board is posted.

10) CLARIFICATION-

i) If you are unsure about what a rule means please send one of the admins a PM. We are always happy to help.

11) UNWELCOME INDIVIDUALS

i) Those who have violated the rules and been previously removed from the group.

ii) Those who a reasonable person would believe could not pass the background check required to own a gun

iii) Those with a history of reporting pages/posts

iv) Anyone suspected of hosting unfair games even on other pages (it's really sad that this has to be a rule. Some of you may know exactly why this had to be spelled out.

v) Jerks, assholes, cheaters, liars and anyone associated with them.
